Congress Care has long-standing and proven experience within the world of medical associations. We organise distinctive congresses, symposia and other events for scientific societies, medical specialists and the medical/pharmaceutical industry.
In addition, Congress Care arranges (often accredited) refresher and advanced training courses for medical professionals at the request of trade associations, workgroups and other scientific collaborations between medical specialists.
Involvement and personal contact with our clients are of paramount importance to us at Congress Care. Not only do we make plans, we actually carry them out. At all times we think and act in close cooperation with our clients. Why they choose us? Because at Congress Care everything revolves around one thing: getting the most out of your event.
Here are some of the clients we have had the pleasure of working with:
| Working with Congress Care was a very rewarding and enjoyable experience. We have appreciated very much the speed and quality of services and the genuine interest showed by the Congress Care Team. All communication, financial aspects and deliveries were handled flawlessly. Congress Care focused on the required services and made us a very attractive offer. After working with several congress organizers, we were very happy to discover Congress Care and we warmly recommend them as the best Team in the business! On behalf of the IFAC NMPC’12 Organizing Committee, M. Lazar, Conference Chair

| For a local Organizing Committee organizing an international congress is passing through a real unknown and dangerous area. It's so reassuring to have the backing of a professional congress organization office that is guiding without any moment of panic you through this unknown world. The Organizing Committee of EBA is looking back to an excellent congress without any obstacles. Our subjective feelings on the congress are objectified by the more than positive evaluation of the participants and industry exhibitors and sponsors who took part in the EBA 2011. Due to Rob, Jacqueline and Ellis (and their whole invisible Congress Care crew) we as the 'organizers' have enjoyed the Congress in a relaxed way. A.W. Faber, president of the 14th Congress of the EBA, 14 – 17 September 2011, The Hague, The Netherlands

| Just a short note to thank you and your staff for a wonderful event. Certainly, from my vantage point the Congress went without a hitch and was extremely successful. I know the tremendous amount of hours that each of you personally dedicated along with those of your staff that insured the success of EBA 2011.
Again, many thanks and best wishes to all.

| "I am very pleased with how the ITMIG meeting went. Your efforts in organizing this were very apparent, and I can only think of positive things to say regarding Congress Care’s work. It was a pleasure working with you. And on a personal level, although the interactions have been limited, it was a pleasure to have met both of you and had a chance to work together. I hope to see you again in the future sometime, as it would be a personal pleasure for me." - Frank Detterbeck

| I would like to thank you really for everything you have done for us. You were reliable, precise, proactive and dependable. You deserve credits for this happening as much as we do. It is my hope that this conference will result in a better care for those who are the least protected, kids with terrible disabilities. You have made this effort possible. - Stella Debode

| The European Confederation of Medical Mycology would like to express its sincere appreciation for the professional support received from Congress Care towards the success of four International conferences held between 2003 and 2009. And more to follow in 2011 and further.
Organizing a conference requires meticulous planning and the choice of a professional conference organizer (PCO) in assisting with the organization of such events is paramount to a successful conclusion. We would like to express our thanks to the friendly and efficient staff of Congress Care who assisted with the numerous administrative and financial tasks and the successful organization of these conferences. . - Jacques F. Meis, ECCM President

| The cooperation with Congress Care was very nice. During the preparation we had short communication lines, it was always clear were to put my questions. During the congress itself the support was excellent - as congress chair I could focus on the meeting, and with confidence left all practical issues to the Congress Care staff. - Dr. Anna Simon, chair organizing comittee |
